Smoking a Depaja bent brandy with Sutliff creme brulee and a mug of decaf coffee, I am losing the battle to stay awake to see in the new year,hoping my wife falls asleep first LOL!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, a Jethro Bodine-size (over a pound) bowl of chili topped with sharp cheddar cheese with a plate of Mexican cheese topped nachos on the side. While we wait for the freshly baking apple pie to be ready, I'm smoking year 2013 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching The Thin Man as we always do on New Year's Eve.

Very different because amber is exceptionally fragile when it's old. When I clench it, I do so lightly, and I don't walk around with it in my mouth because I am very careful how I treat it. Actually, the orific bit took more time to learn how to clench properly. Generally, I stay seated when smoking pipes with amber stems.

According to the centuries-old Greek custom we cut a special made pie on New Year's Eve at 12:01. Each piece is dedicated to someone and when we cut it we say a name, for example: this is for the house, for the children, for the landlord, etc. This year the lucky coin fell to Jesus!

Smoking a Vauen bent pot with MB seven seas regular blend and a mug of freshly perked CR coffee, appears to be another nice day here 48 and sunny.

Up before the sun today. Want to get in one good bowl before I head down to the Legion to help with breakfast. Hobbits Weed in the Butz Choquin bent brandy and a big mug of coffee to start the day. 48, raining, and very windy. Rain predicted all day and snow possible later on. Wishing all my fellow brothers, and sisters, of the briar a happy and joyful new year.

Smoking a DePaya bent brandy with Sutliff creme brulee and another mug of coffee. The cb is very good ,but hard to keep lit, Wife likes the smell of it which is a big plus.

OK here we go, it's going to be my first go at smoking a pipe, in what seems like forever. after struggling with the worst cough I've ever had. I'm plugging a very small bowled Petersons. I swear it is only big enough to take a pinch of leaf which is perfect for a quick and crafty, but also perfect incase it sets me off coughing like a herd of annoyed donkeys. And I have to set it down.
Choice of Bakki has to be Rangers gifted Hobbit Weed. Happy New Year everybody
