Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2022 Esoterica Tilbury in a 1980s SMS eagle claw egg medium bend meerschaum signed by I. Baglan with a brown and cream swirl acrylic stem. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink. Watching an episode of McCloud.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Ready Rubbed in a straight black sandblasted 1924 Parker’s Super Briar Bark 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. First time smoking this pipe. Took a bit of work get 99 years of smoking out of it.

Half way through this bowl of C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink for a while.

Enjoying a bowl of Peter Stokkebye English Oriental in a Vauen Lime Meerschaum-lined bent billiard. Anyone know any similar blends? Need more oriental forward stuff in my stash.

Sometimes I think I like the smell of latakia in my beard more than I like smoking it. And I like smoking it
If you want something that will smell up your beard, your hair, and your clothes, try some Hearth and Home 10 to midnight. I loved the taste and smoking it but had to take a shower afterwards, LOL.

A morning bowl of Kramer's Father Dempsey in my new Ropp Etudiant Sandblasted J06 tomato with a cup of black coffee.

I am used to more muscular and larger Petersons, but I am really enjoying smoking this rather small and quite frankly, dainty pipe. I particularly like the slender stem, which surprises me. Variety is the spice of life.

Bought it and another Ropp (an Etudiant Smooth J04 skater) recently which I like, too, but prefer this tomato I am enjoying my morning smoke with today.

Jim, just curious. What is the weight on the 4AB?

Pre dinner, C&D Billy Budd in a Pete K&P undated straight billiard with amber stem. Earl Gray tea on the side. Well, my Pete House pipe came today. Big disappointment. Description on Smoking Pipes listed it as 3.6 oz. So I expected a somewhat heavy pipe, but it seemed really heavy. Weighed it and it is 4.1 oz. Just too heavy to smoke comfortably so it's going back. Heaviest pipe in my current collection is the Butz Choquin magnum bent brandy and it is only 3.4 oz. Didn't think a half oz would make that much difference but it really does. Bummer.

2.1 ounces.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of C&D Wintertime Reserve 2022: Ghost of Christmas Past in a black sandblast quarter bend undated Briarcraft (Dr. Grabow made) Wimbledon 810 author with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This should get me to dinner time.

Smoking some Carter hall in an old Custom-Bilt billiard and a decaf k-cup.
Ranger, sorry to hear that your unhappy with the Pete housepipe,if you scroll back, I told you that mine was heavy and I have to use a softy bit to make it more manageable to smoke, but it`s a great pipe!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, wild caught catfish and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm almost half way through this bowl of year 2016 Sutliff 507-C Slices in a sandblasted medium bend 1950s Reuben era Charatan Deluxe 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. First time smoking this pipe. Not sure what Va. to devote to it, but I have enough pipes dedicated to the 507-C Slices as is, so I need to figure something out. However, I have found this blend to perform exceptionally well in detecting ghosts from previously smoked blends. No ghost in this pipe.

EZ, I did read that and based on the listed wt. of 3.6 oz I thought it would be manageable. I did put a softee on it but it didn't help that much. I loved the size of the pipe and it looked great but I knew I would not be happy with it so I will spend the $200 on something else.

Good morning all. My go to Urban Cowboy in the Sav Hercules 606EX. Big mug of CR coffee. Needed a comfort smoke this am. Slept in a couple of hours which was needed. Cold, windy, and overcast here. Storm front coming through the next few days. Rain, snow expected, night lows in the teens. Gotta go out and blanket the boys tomorrow.
