Now smoking 1970s Philip Morris Revelation in a 1920s-30s Grant’s Pipe Shop Corinthian Deluxe 409 (made by Comoy’s) smooth brown medium bend bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Thought I'd compare this to the 1960s version I just smoked.

Is this the one Einstein smoked? How does it compare to Revelation Match?
Yes, it is. It's very similar with less topping, and a tad more burley forward. The 1960s version was gifted to me by a friend who had just opened a cutter top of it. I've smoked productions of Revelation in every decade from the 1940s until it was discontinued in 2004. The 1980s version is most like the Match in that the topping a was a little more prominent when House of Windsor originally produced it, though they lessened it a tad by the late-90s.

Now smoking year 2015 John Aylesbury Sir John’s Flake Virginia in a straight smooth light brown 2020 Ryan Alden Ace of Spades squat bulldog with a spalted pecan top and ferrule that’s on the tapered black acrylic stem.

Love that background! My father may have made the tools (well, at least machined the parts) that were in that box! The factory is now gone, alas.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, snapper and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm a day or two away from being able to go off my diet, and enjoy M'lady's vegetable soup with a sandwich. The dessert will be even more special. Anyway, I'm about half way through this bowl of Sutliff Presbyterian Ordained in a 2002 smooth natural straight silver banded Ardor Venere Extra Fatta A Mano Maigret billiard, signed by Dorelio Rovera with a tapered black acrylic stem. I've mostly figured out the blend now. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Going to watch a Hoot Gibson western. I've never seen one he did, so I'm curious to watch it.

Hiya all. Patsy here once again, giving you an update on Mikki.
1st off I must say a big thank you for all your heartfelt messages and support for my hubby they jumped off the page and touched both my and Mikki's heart
Thank you for that so much.
Mikki is feeling so much better now, and has began to get some feelings back in his arms, and can slowly move his fingers. This total paralysis is pretty common for him to go through when he gets these fits and attacks. And can last for either a few days or weeks. But it is something he has resigned to as an operation is just to dangerous.
But his fever has now broken, and he is more coherent. He really is the strongest and most courageous man I've ever known. I don't know where he gets his strength from. But I thank God he has it.
He is now complaining about not having a smoke of his pipes and keeps asking me to sneak some in with some Hobbit tobacco, so I know he is deffo on the mend haha. Thank you again boys for your support. I will keep you updated further. But for now he is continuing to confound the doctors and winning another battle, which always makes him happy.

Patsy, Thanks for the update on Mikki. Sounds like an answer to our prayers. May God’s healing hand continue to rest upon our Zippo.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Prince Albert in a 2020 smooth light brown, slight bent J. Everett straight grain chubby author with a spalted birch ferrule and a black saddle vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Doctor, I’m happy you have a memorable connection to that old wood box. The top slides on-off and the corners are dovetailed. It was full of Peace dollars when I bought it in 2009.

Swede;
I've used Fiebings dye on some MM Prides and raw Morgans that came out nice. I've always used the brown tones, never thought of red!

Ranger107;
Pretty much everything we eat has some potassium, it's measured in fertilizers! One banana has about the same potassium as 4 12oz. mugs of coffee which is about what I drink in a day.

The hatchery sent us the wrong turkeys but replaced them with the Midget Whites I ordered. They arrived too late in the season for a proper cull, so when the time came we ended up with ground turkey. Here's a side by side turkey and chicken egg.
