Early evening here....raining (what else is new)...
1967 Dunhill 587 (sometimes erroneously referred to as a Dunhill 537) Shell, Group 4.
One of my favorite Dunhill shapes.
Its basically a stacked billiard....and runs around 5 3/4 inches in length, with a 2" inch tall bowl.
I'm a burley smoker.
Picked up a pouch of "Georgetown Tobacco 1261" on a recent trip to DC.
Every once in a while, I want something a bit sweeter than my usual SWR or PA.
This straight burley has some topping that adds a touch of sugar to the taste, without being chemical.
Its worth a try...and I will definitely require visitors to our abode to bring me some more.
nice pipe. I am search for a 1967 it is my birthyear. my dream is to stumble upon one at an estate sale.

Dinner was a salad, wild caught catfish with half a plate of black beans and rice topped with Mexican cheese. Dessert was two big slices of cinnamon raisin apple spice cake with a bowl of Neapolitan ice cream for dessert. My after dinner smoke was year 2013 Stonehaven in a straight black sandblasted 1957 Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver banded military mount and a black ebonite tapered stem.

Good morning everyone. It's a wonderful day in high country. 34 degrees but sunny and bright. Enjoying Zippos fav Hobbits Weed in a Butz Choquin magnum bent brandy with morning coffee. Should be an easy fun day. Out to HwH later this morning to muck, then over to the ranch to check on our boys and put their blankets back on. Predicted to start snowing tomorrow night and through the rest of the week. BTW, Zippo, Kalahi said thanks for the apples and carrots. Then back home. Wifey made a big pot of chicken tortilla soup for dinner. Bali, I do like Kensington but not sure I would put it in the favorites category just yet. Think I would prefer something with a bit more latakia. May throw some Charring Cross in my next TAD order.
