Yeppers, happened to me. I use to really like BIG bowls and HEAVY Latakia... Now smaller bowls, bamboo shanks, light VA blends and Burley blends.. go figure... Enjoy the new adventure. :D

I have one of the Talbert Morta pipes in my rotation. It really makes the VA tobacco sing.... It is also a workhorse of a pipe. I can smoke any number of bowls through it no problems at all. I will post a photo tonight.

Smoked 5100 for years and I still enjoy it very much. Aging of this stuff does wonders and I always keep a pound or so in reserve. Good stuff. Another I smoke is Old Masters... a burley/Bright Va blend. I love it and it is my go to blend for all day smoking. Robert

Mixed I would say. In my rotation I have Several of the following: Adam Davidson.... great pipes for sure with super smoking qualities. John Crosby... excellent as well. Talbert Pipes... great smokers and I love the blast. Castello Dunhill Sasieni Family era... outstanding smokers Old Comoy's...
