    What are you smoking?

The last dregs :( of my last tin of Abingdon in a Peterson bent Dublin that has the faint ghost of this morning's last pipeful of the last dregs of my last tin of Blackpoint :( Woe is me, for I am undone

    An ethical question

What is sauce for the goose... Having said that, if you want to dissuade her, you could always regularly load up with the finest tasting, foulest room-noted baccy you can find and let her come to her own conclusion about whether she really wants to do that... "Yes, sweetie, of...

    C&D Engine 99

Thanks to those who contributed suggestions. Decided to go with addition of 20% latakia and leave it age for three to six months. Hopefully it will have a little more presence by then. Will keep you posted on the results.

    C&D Engine 99

I'm always a bit at sea with C&D moisture levels, so I guess it is a matter of just having a stab when it smells right  Might just leave it a few months after adding some extra latakia - I guess maybe an extra 10% or so - and try it then...

    C&D Engine 99

Never really tried my hand at adding/mixing extra latakia, so I might just try it 2oz at a time using old Westminster tins - that way I can pretend that it is simply a new Peasian blend  Any suggestions how much and how long before it will all mulch together sufficiently to smoke?

    C&D Engine 99

Ordering into the UK means that getting a shedload all at once is usually better than dribs and drabs, and of course, tobaccoreviews.com is always a reliable guide, right? Not entirely unhappy with it, just wanting a little more from it. Keep the suggestions coming gents :santa:

    We Should Start a US/European Tobacco Exchange>>>

We would, of course, have to shoot the UK Customs checkers in order to acheive such a blessed state of affairs

    Desert Island Smokes...

Would have to be my ruby red smooth Peterson Dublin packed repeatedly with Pirate Kake :pirat: or Star of the East :star:. I am assuming it is a chilly Desert Island, as I don't particularly enjoy smoking anything when the weather is too warm :|

My 0.02 worth... English/Balkan: Westminster, Abingdon, Blackpoint - all by GLPease; Star of the East by C&D Aromatics: Alsbo Black and Holger Danske Black and Bourbon Virginia: Not really a fan to be honest but at a push, Old Gowrie by Rattray I spent 15 years smoking aromatics primarily...
