Just bought a tin of Early Morning Pipe on my way back from an exam - I had a little dosh on me, and it was a choice between a tin of pipe tobacco or a pub lunch. Figured the tobacco would last longer. I haven't smoked this tobacco since 2002, but it seems almost as good now as then, and at £11.88 for 50g it is only 90p more expensive than Clan. I might have some money coming to me soon, and I'm thinking of investing in some more Dunhill tobaccos, as well as either a Peterson pipe or a bag of corncobs. The tobacconist wanted £9.99 for one corncob - ridiculous when I can pay $42 for ten (admittedly smokable seconds) with shipping direct from the manufacturer.

Yes, I must agree I rather like the Dunhill tobaccos I've tried. Was 15 minutes later for work today because I was looking for my Early Morning Pipe actually!
The others I've tried are Royal Yacht, Night Cap, 965, all quite good.

I really like the Early Morning Pipe! So far all Dunhill tobaccos I have smoked (EMP, Nightcap, Navy Rolls) have been really lovely, but I have liked Navy rolls the best. Actually, I should really get me some soon, I bet they would go really well with some green tea.

Bring a fan of many of Dunhill's fine blends for several decades now, I have to say you've picked a fine one to try! I currently still smoke 965, Nightcap, Royal Yacht and Dunhill Flake ( one of the BEST straight Va flakes you can smoke, IMHO
) Each of their blends are unique and diferent and offer many different flavor/aroma offerings for you to enjoy

Yanno, when I first tried London Mixture I was less than crazy about it, so I jarred it up...and having gone back to it recently, I really like it. In terms of straight out of the tin, Nightcap is probably my favorite Dunhill blend, but I've yet to pick up EMP. In terms of aged stuff, I have some ten year old (Murray era, I believe) 965 that is one of my very favorites--just wonderful stuff. Can't say I've had a bad smoke from Dunhill yet, though I definitely was cooler on some when I first tried them, for whatever reason...

EMP is a great any time smoke and cobs are a great way to enjoy it. Pipes and Cigars sells EMP for a little less than $9...much less than my local tobacconist.
