Had a bit of a setback with my condition so I laid low and only went out for a few puffs from my MM Twain.
Feeling more normal, fever is finally gone but BP continues to baffle running low.
Decided I’d fill up the craggy ring grain Dublin by Texas Pipemaker Ron Fairchild. Keeping it smokey with some of my stash of 5 y/o Esoterica Tilbury.

Low blood pressure you say?
Perhaps some pork rinds and stress might fix you up, eh?
Seriously, hope you get that worked out sir.
Oh, nice Dublin!
