I’ve been scarce of late, still fighting off the medical issues that have plagued me this past month trying to find some common ground.
Felt strong enough this morning to go on a 2 plus mile Nordic Walk with the assistance of my Nordic Walking Poles under the direction of our Nordic Walking instructor and Cancer Physical Therapist. Took my blood pressure before the walk which was close to normal and after which was lower than normal and I was a little light headed so I hydrated quite a bit with Zero Water and fresh Apple Cider with a lunch of tomato, spinach and avocado on home baked bread.
Out to water the plants and smoke something other than my MM Twain. I got the Freehand rusticated Danish by Pipemaker David S. Huber in trade for one of my pipes made by the late Pipemaker Peter Heeschen, a Cobra.
