I go way back with the KC Show when they had the Vegas dates in November. I think the new Sept. date will really help with attendance. I'm planing on attending Friday through Sunday, this is the nicest hotel on the pipe show circuit. Mrslax will probably come along because she loves the hotel and KC has some great shopping. The GKCPC had a great turnout for last weeks Gateway Pipe Show.  :shock:

Yes, we will have the banquet this year on Saturday night. We are reworking our website at the moment. Hopefuly it will be finished in the next few days. Once it is, you will br able to purchase banquet tickets.

Please join us for our awards banquet on Saturday evening.  We will be giving away all our show awards as well as announcing the winners of the Carvers Contest.  You won't want to miss it!! And as a bonus everyone who attends the banquet will have a chance to win a "Scottie" pipe!

Speaking of the Carvers Contest, have your bought your Carvers Raffle tickets yet?  Tickets are 1 for $25 or 5 for $100.  We only sell 400 tickets.  Don't miss out on your chance to win 7 Bamboo pipes complete with a custom briar slab stand!  You do not have to be at the show and we will ship the set anywhere in the world.  We (myself in particular) appreciate the support as the raffle is how the winning carvers get paid for their pipes.  The more tickets we sell the better their payday will be.

Today is the last day to get the show room rate at the Argosy! Do not wait any longer to book your rooms! The Argosy has sold out every weekend since they opened (this is no joke). They will be opening reservations up to the general public come tomorrow.

Call the Argosy at 816-746-3100 and mention the GKCPC Show when you book your room to receive the show rate.

There will be a caricature artist onhand Saturday. He will be drawing you and your pipe for $15! It's a heck of a deal and should be loads of fun to watch.

We still have seats available at the Saturday Evening Banquet.  Come hear about the history of our club and find out who wins the Carvers Contest!  You'll walk away with a goody bag and a full belly.  AND...everyone who attends will have a chance to win a "Scottie" pipe as well as a GKCPC Club pipe.
