My poker buddy brought a jar of 50 year old Capstan straight Virginia that was loose, not flake. The cut seem pretty fine. Smell was that enjoyable vinegar. It was a bit dry but burned well. Lot's of raisin and fig notes. The blue tin Capstan Navy Cut that was roughly 40 years old was IMHO a lot better. Of course both of them were amazing!
Oh and yes, I won the small 15 buy-in tournament so that was nice.
