This might not make much sense. My brother is four years my senior, but since our mother's death, when I was nine and he was thirteen, I've always been the "big brother." He's turning 80 and isn't in the best of health, although living comfortably in a nice townhome with his wife of 48 years. Yesterday, he participated in a Zoom meeting with 60 of his H.S. classmates. "Steve, people don't seem to change. The a-holes at 17 are a-holes at 80. I expected some change; after all we're all pretty old, but the blowhards of 1958-59 are even worse with age, except their voices are weaker. And the women...holy s**t! The sexpots of 12th grade still seem to think they're sizzling. Unbelievable!"
I'm sure his description of the zoom meeting was far funnier than my repeating it.
