A more economical substitute for a Dunhill 5208 Shell

I adore this pipe, but want to give it a rest every once and a while (not 24 hours per bowl like my friend says). Since this was a gift from several people I can't afford the dunhill big bucks.

Any suggestions?

Parker and Hardcastle are Dunhill "seconds" brands (to my understanding).  Perhaps something like this might suffice...
