This won't go down well in Norway which is generally regarded as a health driven country. It's bloomin' expensive out there too. :shock:

And it also seems that the most restrictive countries in alcohol/tobacco control and taxation and the like (Sweden, Norway, Finland, et al) have the most social problems with it. Hmmm, could there be a correlation there somewhere.....

We used to have a pretty vocal female member here who lived in Finland. Pity she's not active here today. She could have brought insight into this article.
