Just clicked on a live feed (11/18) of the Aurora Borealis. Apparently we’re in the path of a huge solar flare…the Aurora is incredible. Lots of colors, lots of movement.

For the flat earth folks and sped up significantly.

Stunningly incredible.

 
We used to live up in Southeast Alaska…not frequently but occasionally we would get a good Aurora. In fact, if my first born (Brian) had been a girl…she would have been named Aurora….due to…um, well…never mind.
 
Thank you for posting that. I have seen them once in person. But this was GOOD!
 
The ham radio bands took a big dump in the higher latitudes. Stations closer to the equator were still enjoying some good conditions. But of course, all this activity does enhance overall conditions as this sunspot cycle progresses.
