Perhaps, but one doesn't fall asleep nearly as much during the game. And it only lasts a few hours or less. Plus it doesn't call time for tea breaks. And there is a clear winner as well.

Right you are Squire. Dainty little things they are too, all smallish on white bread with the crusts cut off. Bit of cress on the top, and Bob's yer Uncle!

That's the problem with the uncivilized third world. They've no experience with that passage into manhood all 13 year old boys should get to enjoy, A Beer and a Brat and Inning.
