I've seen this movie before, it's called Bella Fleck (a huge compliment). I don't know his background, but I am guessing Bluegrass Jam band with heavy influences of the Flecktones.

I saw Bella Fleck and the Flecktones in concert back in the early 2000’s. They put on a great show.
