CCC Tobacco Brand?

I recently purchased some tobacco from an online store. One of the tobaccos was CCC D-40 Vanilla. Is the CCC brand known by a different name or stand for something? I could not find any reviews on the brand on TobaccoReviews or anything when I try to research it online.
