Mark,

I'm still looking for Christmas cards that carry on this theme.

You might be able to find them at Spencer's in the mall.

Of course I am a fan of the old favorites, however, back in the 1985 Jon Anderson of Yes fame recorded a Christmas music album entitled, Three Ships. Go to YouTube and do a search and you'll get a few hits on the title and a few of the songs from that release. I love that album. It contains some of the most beautiful music I have ever heard. His is truly the voice of an angel.

Search and enjoy!

Trans-Siberian Orchestra
I've wondered about this Trans-Siberian group. Are they former political dissident musicians that were released from Siberian prison camps after the fall of the Soviet Union?

Not that I know of JP, but I haven't researched them. I'll check it out.

Spiritual? O Holy Night, hands down.

Secular? The Christmas Song, sung by Nat King Cole (actually ties with Bing Crosby's White Christmas).

I don't know if it's NPR or just WILL Champaign/Urbana, but they are doing an Oldies Christmas radio shows and music thing tonight.

My all time favorite is Schubert's Ave Maria by Andy Williams. Celine Dion does a really good job too.
