Christy Safety Razor

I saw a Christy Safety Razor with massage bar at a local antique shop for $15.

Is this a good razor to start out with? Is $15 a fair price?

I wasn't familiar with the Christy brand. I did a quick Internet search and found out that it may be difficult to source blades for them.
