Another Bon Appetit youtube series. This one is with Andy Baraghani as he goes through various cuisines. There are a lot of interesting details to pick up in these. I happen to love Thai food, so I found this one particularly interesting. He's also done Palestinian and Senegalese. It's sort of a new series. All have been good so far.

I should also say that Priya Krishna's videos on Indian recipes are also chock full of information and ideas. Get a new cabinet ready for all the spices you'll need, but after that, it's all fun.
