These are brand new. Don't know the material, label says they're 9mm so I assume they can work for a pipe that takes a filter. I bought them for a pipe that's for display only so I wasn't concerned about the details. Had to buy in a group of three and only needed one; if anyone can use them you can have them for the price of shipping. Let's say $5 in the 48 or PM me a mailing address and I'll get an actual mailing quote.
