I would love a list of English and Balkan flake tobacco. Preferably full flake vs broken flake.

Monbla just doesn't want you to discover Penzance.

Bob's Chocolate Flake has Lat in it, SG Navy Flake is pretty good too. I like them both.

Please have some for me !! Tried it twenty years ago and some last year. It's STILL bad !!  Now SG Navy Flake is a different story !! MUCH better !!

Thanks for all the replies. I was not trying to be lazy. I was on smokingpipes and using their tobacco locator, but a lot is actually broken flake when i looked up pics of the tobacco. Most of what i have on hand is also broken flake. I think Penzance and Hh Latika flake are the only two i have eventhough i have a lot that say fkake on the label or description.

How many on that list are full flakes vs broken flake? Just because it doesnt say broken doesnt mean its a full flake. This is why i was asking from peoples experience.

If you want firm flake that doesn't break apart (Penzance is technically a "crumble kake") you should try Samuel Gawith Balkan Flake. Very pleasant smoke IMHO.

And if by any chance you have Penzance that grows mold, falls apart and is good for nothing, I'll be very glad to offer my services to free you from it. :)

Don't forget some you may still run across.

Tavern Tobacco Co.

Blackbeard's Queen Anne's Revenge
Marrakesh Cafe
MacCraigan's Flake
Rose of Zanzibar

The likelihood is quickly diminishing. But I ran across a pound of BQAR at Chicago. So you never know. These were made by the Gawith houses for Tavern Tobacco Co. which was sold from Knoxville Cigar Co. This was the old Knox Forum we refer to from time to time.

Most of the flakes in the SG family are huge and rather thick. You kinda have to break them up as they wont light otherwise. That said, the SG navy is awesome stuff. Very full and tasty.
