I'm here in florida and my local tobacco shop hasn't gotten rid of any of their tobacco pipes, and in fact have new ones as of a few days ago. As far as I know the headshops have not been effected yet either. It was my understanding that the law was basically "no sale with the knowledge that it is going to drug usage".
So, being that I "inhale" medicinally from time to time, I can tell you that this is no different than how its been at the headshops for years. Nothing has been removed and I seriously doubt anything will. This has happened a few times before to us and its always the same stupid law rewritten over and over.
There is an article I read about several local shop owners pooling together $100,000 to get the bill revoked or changed, I do not have the time to find it now, but I will find it and post it here later for those interested in the rest of the story.
