I run into good and interesting food documentaries from time to time. I watched one the other night by DW, which is a German operation, that also broadcasts the daily European news on my local PBS secondary channel. Nice to get a different perspective like that.
This is about Quinoa, goji berries and chia seeds. so-called superfoods, about their nutrition and how the West's appetite is changing the Bolivian landscape and farming.
