Forever Stems

I got a newsletter from Walker Briar Works today. By the end of the month, the 25th I believe, they will be out of the Forever Stem business. Pat Morgan, wive of Phil Morgan of Missouri Meerschaum will be taking that over under the name of Log Cabin Pipe Works. Dave Wolff will devote his time and energy to refurbing and selling mid to high end estate pipes.

I am sure Pat will do a bang up job at it.

Doug, I'm looking forward to this transition. We should be ahead, in that we can still get Forever Stems, and Dave will be back to doing the fantastic restoration work he has always been known for.

Interesting development, and duly noted.

If nothing else, perhaps this will mean Walker will be be able to speed up the processing of repairs/refurbishments.
