I looked in the calendar and don't see this 20% reference.  Furthermore, on another forum RussO says this October 20% sale is news to him.  However.... my EMail just showed a 2 day Flash Sale for 20%.

You'll see a page with 15 photos of some of the employees at P&C and on the page below that you'll see specials for each month of the year.
