help identifying pipe maker, please

Google, P&C, Smokingpipes...I couldn't find a stem marker like this. Anyone help me with this? I'm more curious than anything. Thanks.

Is it a system knock off at all?

I presume no visable stampings are on the briar?

My guess is currently a random Italian pipe factory but why would you whack such a big mark on the stem of a basket pipe?

Depends upon how you view it. To me that is the Hungarian flag. It looks longer in one direction than the other. If it's actually square, well, maybe it could be Italian.

None of that tells you who the maker is.

I was thinking it looked more like a coat of arms, very hard to tell from the picture.

I don't own the pipe. It's from a video. I can't supply more information. Thanks for trying, everyone. It looks to be a decent pipe, but who knows?

The olive wood pipe that Sid posted on WAYS today has the same flag colors of green, white and red as a band. I wonder if it could be the same producer?
