I am a fan of Ted Breaux's absinthe's, the ones that I have purchased and enjoyed are quite fantastic. Knowing that, considering the price of a bottle of his wizardry, I would probably stick to his Verte Swiss, which I believe is now labelled C.F. Berger. It's beautiful.

I wouldn't shy away from sampling the Perique booze though.
