How do I Insert Pictures in a Post?

I've searched but can't find the instructions on how to add pictures to posts.

Could someone direct me to the FAQ on how to do this?

When you go to post reply or new post, a series rectangle option boxes appear over the text box. 5th one over has icons for host image, insert image, insert link, youtube, Daily motion, and flash. Click on host image. Another window opens up on the lower right of your screen. I click on select files and it pulls up access to your files, where you can search out your picture. Select the one you want, and it will load up in the selection box. I then copy the middle line and paste it into the text box...

There may be easier ways, but this is how I do it. Hope this helps!



 
Wow!! What a gorgeous scene. Wonder where the person who took this picture was standing when he took the pic?

Must have had on his waders along with his trusty ice axe.

The picture is from the lower observation area of Multnomah Falls. It's in the Columbia River gorge scenic area, Oregon State side....
 
I might be able to scrape up the gas money so let's go there.
