"Century" might be Century Tobacco, Ltd., who are based in Dubai, UAE.

Their corporate site says they make only a few discount brands of cigarettes--not very auspicious--but on the plus side, their supply of Turkish and Latakia bases could be pretty good, considering their proximity to Turkey, Cyprus and Syria.

yeah, I looked at their site but couldn't find anything and I did a web search and came up with zip. So I don't know how if it is true or not. Distributor could be pulling her leg. But I'll keep my ears and eyes open.
