But my advice would be not to do that and just use something like Firefox in the meantime. That oledb32.dll file is used in quite a few things and unregistering it may break some stuff that is unintended. It's kind of a poor man's fix.
Firefox or Chrome make good alternative browsers and it's always good to have two in case one of your browsers gets screwed up, you can always fire up the other in hopes you can get to the internet for help.
