I have planned to build one of those in my back yard as my smoking "room". 1050 a month though? That's what we paid to rent a whole house in Tennessee lol!

The rent is my issue. I could live in a box just fine. I think the tiny living trend is awesome. I know most families couldn't do it, but for some situations, it's entirely appropriate.
