We just had a great thread about Virginia tobacco.

This blend didn't come up, so I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried MV-1000?

It is described as "A blend of the finest Matured Golden Virginia tobaccos, enhanced by a subtle aromatic fragrance." On Tob. Reviews, it got 10 pretty positive reviews, with an average of 3 (of 4) stars.

And, of course, it is available in bulk, which I like.

SWMBO doesn't like the room note of straight VAs, so I will blend in about 25% of MV1000 by sight to sweeten the aroma a little. Works for us. :cheers:
 
Peretti's Dummerston is another "cased" Virginia blend that I think tastes mostly like a pretty good, straight Va, but has a much more acceptable room note. It's never mentioned in threads, but I rather like it.
