Well gents and gentesses, thought I'd pop in to share my latest pipe related acquisitions... some lovely honest briar inserts for my also newly acquired Aristocob.
I've been after one for a while, and they never really come up this side of the pond so so jumped at the chance.
It came with two unsmoked cob inserts and I'm hoping to make my own next year with cobs from the allotment.
Meanwhile I've been in touch with a US pipe maker by the name of Owl Pipes and ordered a couple of briar inserts.
The arrived a couple of days since, with a bonus insert, a tamper, and a keyring! Hoping to break one of them in tomorrow night with my brother. Probably gonna smoke a bowl of Petersons Wild Atlantic Salmon as I like to call it
