MeerQueen Meerschaum Quality

Peter, from what I can find they've been in busines since 1963. The pipes I saw of theirs are of as good a quality as any I've ever seen. The pipes have a Teflon tennon with acrylic stems and they also had some that took 9mm filters.  In that case an adapter would give you the same draw as a briar which is unheard of in meers. That right there has me thinking a Meerqueen will have to be on my short list of items to be purchased in the very near future.

Thanks for the info...I did go to Meerschaum Depot which is the outlet that sells MeerQueen pipes by Tekin...the carver... I own a number of CAO Beckler
pipes and these appear to be quality pipes as well.
