I actually met Steve Cropper (Booker T and the MG's guitarist) when I was up in Tucson a couple of weeks ago. Very cool guy.

for the last 3 days, this has been playing almost all day as back ground music in me shop. Enjoy

yup. if you took your trumpet up there now, you would meet me and I would work on it. wanna come up for a visit?

in fact, if you were to come up here I would give you a hell of a discount on trumpet work and if you came up on the last friday of the month, you can join me and Kyle Weiss at the tinder box for the pipe party.

Mr. E jumps the border occasionally and visits the US, but I doubt Reno would be on his top list of fine vacation destinations. It'd be cool, nonetheless.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Soule -- the guy is absolutely amazing as a composer. I have copies of the Oblivion soundtrack handy for just this reason.
