While I am a huge fan of Mr. Spock I was thinking of the Avro variety.
That made me laugh prof! Whilst Black Buck was a master piece of military planning, it pales into insignificance when compared to the workings of the BoB Bombing Sqn, this mission being a perfect example !!!

Maybe some day we’ll get a video of the carnage in real time! :affraid:

Excellent stuff one and all, oh and Eggman, there’s a coffee with a big dash of Jamisons awaiting you in the mess hall.
Thank you very much sir. Funny thing though, after a couple cups of coffee with Jamisons I usually end up ditching the coffee and sipping the Jamisons.

The postman might have went postal on him after trying to deliver mail in all that devistation.

Whats that hum in the distance...(growing louder)...(LOUDER)...(Thundering overhead)...

Sound the Alarm!  SOUND THE ALARM!

Second wave incoming!

Battle Stations!  Battle Stations!  Man the anti-aircraft artillery!

Take cover!!!

I'm Hit!  I'm Hit!  (falls into unconsciousness)...

Well at least you still have your pipe, bed and hifi system :lol!:

I think I've identified the optimist in the group
So, just the pipe, then?
Can't have that now, can we!???

Mop up team, target that pipe and turntable! Anyone up for a second pass for destruction confirmation? :pirate:

I emerged from my bunker to survey the damage this afternoon after several days of tending to the wounded.  Upon exiting, an errant bomb exploded to my left, knocking off my feet and throwing me 50 feet from where I stood.  As I regained consciousness, I could see that my house lay in ruins, along with several others in the immediate vicinity.  Regretfully, my postal carrier was not so lucky as I, and was mortally wounded...his body a charred and smoldering carcass.

The devastation is MASSIVE!

Reports of the damage are being relayed through Sat Com...

Holy Christmas batman, That's one helluva haul if ever I saw one, and no mistake!

Well done bombers. Mission accomplished! Please assemble in the mess hall for tea and cakes!

Cheers,

RR

There umm... might be a delayed hit.

My bomber left the hanger Tuesday, and the tracking systems predicted being on target Friday UNTIL Saturday came and it had not arrived.

Oh yah, THAT'S what I'm talking about!

Sure, c'mon out, it's over Mr. Beagle.... C'mon out......

Awesome run guys. Very nice haul. Lots of great baccy there.
