Need help identifying the maker

Had a poor couple of days with a fever and very low blood pressure so I've been off the grid so to speak.

Had to see my kidney specialist today and all my tests looked great and she was very pleased and told me I did everything right not taking my bp meds with my bp being so low it did come around yesterday and my fever is gone as well.

Oh ho I wish I could remember who the maker of this pipe is but I can't find my notes and the circle with HP in the center was of no help, if anyone can tell me I'd really appreciate it since this beautifully grained Billiard with Boxwood shank and accent is such a wonderful smoker. I'm keeping it smokey with Peter Heinrichs Special Selection Curly.
