New Instant Pot

On Amazon it’s title is...”Instant Pot DUO Plus 60, 6 Qt 9-in-1 Multi- Use Programmable Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Yogurt Maker, Egg Cooker, Sauté, Steamer, Warmer, and Sterilizer”.

I bet I could also use it to stove tobacco blends.

Anybody else out there have one of these electronic pressure cookers?

Got our Instant Pot last fall and have used it quite a bit. Made everything from red beans & rice, corned beef & cabbage, jerk chicken, collard greens, lentil soup, yogurt, key lime cheesecake...you name it!
