So, in case you missed my whoops and shouts of joy, I very recently replaced my 6 y.o. 11” iPad Air 2 with 32 GB of storage with a gleaming silver 2021 11” M1 iPad PRO with 128 GB. And though I never ran out of space on the old one I’m pretty sure I would on the new one. So off to Google I go to research external drives. Always mentioned in knowledgeable reviews is the Samsung T7 and I eventually found a killer price on one of these Solid State Drives over at Amazon. I got a T7 Portable SSD 500GB - Up to 1050MB/s - USB 3.2 External Solid State Drive. A lot of reasons make this a good pick. If I would have gotten my iPad with that much memory on board it would have been ungodly expensive (for me). But I found the T7 for $69! Very pleased.
