Once again, I've said this before, I've never really been a fan of the Dunhill Bruyere finish until I saw this bad boy from 1928.

It isn't enough that it was in excellent well taken care of condition, that it's a Churchwarden, or that it has an original gold band but the original owner ordered it with a form fitting case like you would find on the best Meerschaum pipes. Inside the case it states Dunhill on top, the White Spot in the center and finally London on the bottom inside the case.

I'm keeping it smokey with some of that luscious aged Esoterica Tilbury.

Banjo, that's a stunning churchwarden style pipe. Never saw a Dunny similar. The gold band really makes the briar stand out.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!
