Not in the past, but today, what is the most you'd pay for a pipe? When I think of what I've paid in the past for pipes, Castello, Ashton, Dunhill, etc. I actually wonder what I was thinking at the time. I'm very happy smoking a favored tobacco blend in a <$10.00 cob. Today, unless I got a terrible craving for a particular shape, color, etc. I can't see myself spending more than $100.

Unless, I get a terrible craving for something special....which always has the potential to occur.

i purchased a smoker haven 2004 lattice meer club pipe with a couple of extra bits. It was one of my more expensive pipes. I would shell out some $$$ for a 1971 dunhill birth year pipe. I have 2 dunhills one of them is in my top 5 pipes the other I haven’t smoked in 10 years. I also own a 50 cent Dr. Grabow i picked up at a yard sale that is a awesome smoker.

Depends on the carver and what I think of the pipe.

$900 was a deal for this Weaver.

$350 for this giant Kenan is as much as I'll pay for a meerschaum.

For factory pipes like Dunhill, $20 from ebay is as much as I'll spend on one.
