If any, what online outfits, newspapers (paper or online), podcasts, radio, etc do you pay for to get news? I admit to consuming most of my news on TV, but I do check out maybe 3-5 links per day from my various feeds. I sometimes google a particular situation or person, but most of my on-own digging comes from someone else mentioning something on my feed. When it has a pay wall, I look for it another way, and if I can't access it, I just skip it. The reason I'm asking is that I'm strongly considering paying for my first news/opinion source. Puck News is running a sale at $79 for the year. Doesn't that seem like a lot? It's normally $100/year. Am I crazy to think that is a ton of money for a single source?

What are your thoughts on news behind a pay wall, and have you bitten the bullet on any?
