Years ago I made several batches of pickled eggs, and also threw in peeled onion slices, garlic cloves, and jalapeno's. Honestly the veggies and garlic were as good or better than the eggs.
I ended up making a batch of pickled garlic last year, but it went quickly once they were ready to eat.
After seeing this, i'll definitely have to do this again, Dang it!
