that first pic by the water looks so surreal like it's a painting

That's a fine lookin' Springer! Some of my favorite dog breeds are those active "field and stream" types, but my lifestyle's a bit too relaxed to keep them content so I doubt I'd ever have one for myself. Good looking animals, though.

Yeah, terrific pictures.
Must be a fazoo camera.
Thanks! The first pic was just a Canon point-and-shoot. It helped that we had excellent lighting that morning and my wife takes some great pictures. We now use a Pentax SLR and with some great lenses. It's all about the glass.

Thanks. He's a good dog. He stays pretty mellow at home but he needs a good run every day. Get him in the field and he's on the birds like white on rice. He certainly helps to keep me from getting fat.

Holy thread resurrection batman. Lol. This deserves life again with all the newer members we have.

At various times I've posted my smallish 140lb chocolate lab Milton S Hershey and my tailless cat Shadow..
Well, my daughter received a Christmas present this year and the Christmas present promptly abandoned her and adopted me.

My Blue Yorkie, Duncan Hines.
