1 week into a 6 week recovery after my surgery and I could almost scream but I won't.
I can't even hold my guitar yet so I can plink around. Maybe I should learn how to play the harmonica.
I get up and move around every hour or so as ordered but I can't do any chores around the house except for washing dishes. A 10 pound lifting limit is pretty severe then there's the bending and twisting limitations. Maybe I should have my wife get some stuff ready for me the night before so I can cook dinner some nights. But then she'd have to wash any heavy pans and pots. I'll figure something out I guess.
TV is just so boring and I'm caught up on my reading. I need to move around.
