Is there a blend of Gawith Hogarth's that is an equivalent or very similar of Squadron Leader?

Not to my knowledge (at least in the US), as Squadron Leader does have a touch of Oriental. Probably the closest would be the #25 Mixture. GH Balkan Blend has a touch of a flavoring of resin (if you've ever drank a Greek Retsina, you know what I mean).
Smoking Pine needles can give you the same effect as the Retsina, though I don’t recommend it.
