I did some research this morning and find nothing about what they plan for new tobacco regulation. I had thought that they were to issue them about 6/13 and that taxes were to increase by about 300%, more or less the same as those currently imposed on cigarettes and RYO. Cigars would take the same hit.

Does anyone know about this?
