steam rice rolls. I don't think I've ever seen them on a menu. Cool the way they're made, but if the texture is at all egg whitey, I might not like them. anyone had them? how are they?
I watched another video where someone hacked a way to make them at home, with polyester fabric and a steamer. I'm not sure they'd be worth it [to me] for all the extra clean up, but maybe.
